Second workforce housing lawsuit filed against Windham NH


The town is getting hauled into court for the second time in less than three months over workforce housing projects.

This dispute will pit two selectmen, Phil LoChiatto and Chairman Ross McLeod, against one another. McLeod has been named a party to the lawsuit, along with the town.

Sun Coast Properties LLC is asking Rockingham County Superior Court to approve a “builder’s remedy,” which would allow development of Deacon Place, a 10-unit town-home project on Mammoth Road.
